Espn: Chris Henry/Cowboys rumor?

On Sportscenter, they just said "Chris Henry suspended for off-field stuff, etc. " then they said "Could he be teaming up with TO next season?"

Story hasn't came up yet though, but you might want to tune to Sportscenter to see. Then again may be nothing.

Wow. what they said was seriously misleading. They basically said Chris Henry wants to come to Dallas and New Orleans but neither team is interesting.

Every questionable character is instantly tied to Dallas by the media. TO, Tank and Pacman. That's just 3 guys Jerry has taken a chance on and every one of them is quite talented, so the rewards might outweigh the risks (definitely in the case of TO. The jury is still out on Tank and Pacman).

He is going to be suspended the whole season and then some anyways, so there would be no chance he could team up with TO.

I'm not sure how I feel about taking a chance on C. Henry. But like I said in another thread, you can have only so many "second-chance" players on your team at the same time.

It's questionable whether making up rumors and jumping to conclusions, or any stunt pulled for ratings, is smart. Especially when you're a sports juggernaut.
