We’ll find out for sure this week. A coin flip inside an Indianapolis hotel this week at the NFL scouting combine will determine whether the Cowboys or Baltimore Ravens will pick No. 16 in the first round. The teams finished 8-8 in 2013 and need the coin flip to decide who goes where.
