Cornerback Orlando Scandrick has 8.5 career sacks, which is more than any linebacker on the Cowboys’ roster. Wow. Rolando McClain has 7.5 sacks, Justin Durant has 3.5 and Bruce Carter has three. Scandrick has had at least two sacks in three different seasons, and he's had at least one sack in each of the past four seasons. Don’t be shocked if Scandrick retains his sack lead at the end of the season. Rod Marinelli doesn’t blitz much in the Cowboys' scheme because it creates opportunities for the opposition to get big plays, something he loathes.
