IRVING, Texas -- For the second time in three weeks the Dallas Cowboys called up linebacker Keith Smith from the practice squad. With Bruce Carter out of Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans because of a quadriceps strain, Smith was added to the 53-man roster. He played Sept. 21 against the St. Louis Rams when the Cowboys were missing Rolando McClain and Justin Durant because of groin injuries.
