IRVING, Texas -- Phillip Tanner wasn't the only emergency addition by the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys claimed cornerback Jemea Thomas on waivers Wednesday from the New England Patriots and will have him available for Thursday's game against the Denver Broncos. In order to make room for Thomas, the Cowboys announced they cut wide receiver Tim Benford. They have to make another roster move before adding Tanner.
