OXNARD, Calif. - With a serious need in the secondary, the Dallas Cowboys signed cornerback Korey Lindsey and safety Johnny Thomas, according to a source. To make room on the roster, cornerback DaShaun Phillips, who missed the last few days of practice with a hamstring injury, and linebacker Joe Windsor were released.
