IRVING, Texas -- When Jason Garrett took over as Dallas Cowboys interim coach for Wade Phillips in 2010, he installed a strict dress code that included jackets and ties for road trips. The players also had to wear dress shoes. Marion Barber tested Garrett on his first game and was fined an undisclosed amount for wearing jeans and failing to wear a tie.
