i said the next staff, the next staff needs time. Get rid of MM now, bring in the next Hc you want, or at least let him know he ll be the next HC and let him start getting to work.

your premise is still dumb.
What coach would you bring in midseason? What offense are you going to try and install on the fly that would rescue this crap-show?

My premise is dumb? Lol. Please name your mystery HC midseason hire that you believe actually fixes this mess?

"Oh, I haven't even considered that," Jones said of a potential change. "I'm not considering that. Just so you're clear, I'm not considering that."
"That would be a hypothetical. In that matter, do you think I'm an idiot? Do you? OK. Well, I'm not going to hypothetical with you about would I consider a coaching change in light of the timing we're sitting here with. I'm not. At all," he said.
Stephen will decide.

I’d be shocked if Big Mike is still the HC in 48 hours from now.

now you get to the touchy part, are you talking fantasy, the coaches we know JJ wont hire, or just what i think?

forget that, i ll spell it out

My top pick Bobby Slowik

Second: Brian Flores

Third: Aaron Glenn

Who do i think JJ will hire

BB for the record, or Zimmer because he loves old coaches

This is a dead horse. Owner Jerry is not going to fire GM Jethro. That is the number one change that needs to be made.

The rest is just used car salesmen Jerry marketing BS.
Although Jerry is the boss, Stephen and WillM call the shots.

I hope people who defend MM because he won 12 can sleep tonight knowing that their genius head coach will not be able to win more than 6 games.

Jerry isn't willing to admit the fans were right about anything:

1) Firing McCarthy after GB
2) Hiring Zimmer
3) Bringing Zeke back instead of acquiring Henry
4) Doing nothing in FA
5) Closing the damn curtains on sunny days
6) Stepping aside, and hiring an actual GM

I think he sticks with McCarthy even if we lose very game for the rest of the season.
He can’t even do something as simple as making a change to block out the sun because it would mean admitting a mistake and the problem with this whole thing goes back to him not being able to admit the mistake he made when Jimmy left and he made himself GM. He’d rather keep going how he is than to actually admit he is incompetent by hiring someone else to run the show. After almost 30 years he isn’t all of a sudden going to have the character to step aside. Even he can’t believe he has the ability to do the job at this point.

I just have this overwhelming psychic feeling that if Jerry did step aside and hire a proper GM the Cowboys would win a SB within 3 to 5 years. How stupid would Jerry feel after that knowing he let his ego damn this franchise for 3 decades?

If Jerry were no longer the GM we would have chance.
no one denies that, but its not about wining the SB for Jerry

think about it, he fired three sb winning coaches, why? he basically has told the fans for 30 years, if you think im going to accept you ll ahve success here, you are dead wrong.

10 years for Garrett? but nothing for Coaches who won the SB?

And you guys still think its about winnign the SB for him?

its laughable at this point

You forgot #7, signing Dak to the largest NFL contract.

Unless Jerry fires the GM
Does not matter who the coach is.
