IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys added to their practice squad Sunday with five players who were among Saturday's final cuts. Running back Ryan Williams, who led the Cowboys in rushing in the preseason, cleared waivers and agreed to rejoin the practice squad. The new practice-squad rules gave Williams, who played in only five games in three years with the Arizona Cardinals, more eligibility. The Cowboys also added defensive end Kenneth Boatright, safety Ryan Smith, linebacker Keith Smith and center Ronald Patrick, who were among their final cuts.
