IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys layers are off until Tuesday. The coaches get out of the office today and will be back to work on Monday. The bye week is here and much needed for a team that has played 10 straight regular-season games and has not had a lot of time off since flying to Oxnard, California for the start of training camp on July 22. “It’s good to recharge your batteries at the right time, going into the bye 7-3 and in a good position,” defensive end Jeremy Mincey said.
