IRVING, Texas -- A day after working out for the team, defensive end Jarius Wynn has a deal with the Dallas Cowboys. With DeMarcus Ware slowed with a quadriceps strain that is likely to keep him out of Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles -- if not longer -- the Cowboys needed to add to their defensive end rotation. Edgar Jones has missed the past two games with a groin strain. To make room on the roster, defensive tackle David Carter was waived.
