IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys were not keen to see Jeremiah Ratliff (we know him as Jay) sign with the Chicago Bears last season after they released him off the physically unable to perform list with a groin injury. In the "Monday Night Football" meeting at Soldier Field last season, Ratliff started, had three tackles and a sack -- his first since Week 13, 2011 -- in what was the second-worst loss of the Cowboys' season. Ratliff signed a two-year deal with the Bears on Wednesday, and the Cowboys will get to see him again in 2014 at Soldier Field.
