IRVING, Texas -- As the Dallas Cowboys thought during their Thanksgiving Day loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Dwayne Harris should not have been flagged for unnecessary roughness for a hit on a punt return. The NFL informed coach Jason Garrett that the officiating crew got the call wrong when Harris hit Eagles defensive back Nolan Carroll II on a 49-yard punt in the fourth quarter with the score 33-10.
