IRVING, Texas -- Tony Romo has been at Valley Ranch a handful of times this off-season throwing and quarterbacks coach Wade Wilson said the broken left collarbone the quarterback suffered against the New York Giants has not been troublesome.

Wilson said Romo’s delivery, velocity and revolutions he put on the throws were back to normal.

“You want to see if he’s favoring it or doing anything unnatural or anything different,” Wilson said. “The times we were out there it seems like nothing is different. He can throw. He can play golf. He’s playing basketball. I think that’s all good.”

It's not really all that bad. My sling sucked worse than just holding my arm close to my side so I quit wearing the sling after a week or two.

It certainly could have affected him despite the fact that it was his non-throwing-side clavicle that was fractured. When a QB throws he has to "open up" and if he did not recover properly from his injury it absolutely could have affected his ability to open up and fire. If you don't believe me, go take graduate-level biomechanics and kinesiology and come back with an argument.

I'm really glad to hear that he is fully-recovered and ready to have a great season throwing to Jason, Miles and Dez!

I broke my collarbone when I was 12 years old right after a boy scout meeting. It happened a week before summer camp and I ended up missing it. :cry:

It hurt like hell I had to wear my arm in a sling for 6 weeks to take the pressure off it.

When I finally was able to raise my arm after 6 weeks the odor from my armpit was so strong my brother almost puked.

thats what I want to know. When they fixed his shoulder...did they tinker a bit with his head....make him ...a little more influential with the players or are we to the point that Romo "is what he is".
