ST. LOUIS -- Dallas Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey set a franchise record when his 40-yard field split the uprights in Sunday’s win against the St. Louis Rams. That extended his streak of made field goals to 28, breaking the franchise record set by his former kicking coach, Chris Boniol, in 1996. "Knowing him, I know he’ll be happy for me, but he’ll also be telling me to keep stringing 'em together," Bailey said. Bailey downplayed the importance of his accomplishment, saying he was a small factor in the Cowboys' wild comeback win.
