Do whatever you like it’s just going to be the same in a different offense with Dak.

It’s his 3rd coordinator and you keep seeing it with him in these big games.

They’re wanting him to do less because the more you ask of him the less of a chance you have in these big games.

Dak sucks.. He’s the problem. He had guys open all night and he can’t find them. He’s bad.
You aren't getting it.

It's not all Dak. It's not all McCarthy. Both aren't very good right now. Both should be replaced this offseason. If you are thinking replacing Dak solves our issues and you can find another QB that will succeed with McCarthy, then you are being pretty foolish.

It's Garrett all over. How many years did people defend him when the evidence was clear?

Let’s not forget Dallas pulls to 14-7 on a beautiful TD to Turpin , only TD of the night and this where the defense needs a three and out but if Kearse isn’t lined up in the neutral zone he’s standing over a 49 er trash talking drawing 15 yards . The defense was atrocious .
The offense was atrocious too. Celebrating them cutting it to 14-7 is kind of funny because one reason they were down that 14-0 was because the offense was so putrid, spitting out a bunch of three and outs. With like 1 minute to go in the first quarter they had 6 yards of offense.

Cooks drew a LB on a deep route on coverage and Dak throws what should have been a TD out of bounds . He somehow overthrows a 6’6” TE and on a bomb with no prayer he gets picked . The run blocking stinks . Somehow this is the fault of the “ play caller “

MM previous QB # 12 would have made plays last night .
LOL, McCarthy had Rodgers until he got fired. Then after McCarthy left, the Packers go to two NFC Title games and Rodgers wins a MVP. Yeah, they won a SB together over a decade ago but some guys just hit a wall and stagnate. That's McCarthy. He hasn't changed from the OC that gave up play calling in GB to take it back and then get himself fired.

It's peculiar why people are so defensive of McCarthy and can't blame both the QB and OC for our problems. But that's fine. They'll get rid of Dak, keep McCarthy and then you all will learn a really slow lesson I guess. Garrett redux.

I’m not defensive of MM but he didn’t throw a TD out of bounds or miss a 6’6” TE by throwing it over him . GB & Rodgers have zero SB’s since 2011 . Good luck with Jordan Love .

No he didn't. But Dak also didn't design a key third down play where he has three receivers running short of the sticks 5 yards away.

Dak didn't design or call some hideous red zone plays the past few weeks either.

They both need to be shot to the sun this offseason and start over on O.

its a team effort. From the coaches to the players. Our scheme looks dated. I hate to say it but I miss Kellen Moore's plays. McCarthy offense is old school. This is a new NFL. We need a innovative OC.

Maybe MM can suit up and run block . Pollards getting tackled as they break huddle . Sometimes the players need to look in the mirror quit blaming the “ scheme “

Scheme sucks dude. Accept that.

Doesn't excuse players for bad play but the scheme isn't good either. It's the same lame scheme that Packers fans started to whine about McCarthy's last few years. Unimaginative, too vanilla, kind of trapped in 90s football with all short dumps, etc.

McCarthy was a suspect hire as HC and they just compounded the problem by letting him take over playcalling.

Excellent post.
I am an actual hater of all 3.
GM, HC and QB.

I still TRY to root hard for the uniform though.

Dan Orlovsky would look foolish calling plays as well. Ask me how I know.

Honest question:

Lets say the stars align and Dallas has a new, capable young QB next season. This doesn’t include Rush or Lance. Do you think MM runs this exact same scheme for a better QB? I would like to think that there is much more in his creativity that he just can’t unleash due to the current QB.

I know he got stale in GB but his relationship with Rodgers ran its course. If this is truly Mikes offense at its best, then a new OC needs to come in but only if there is a new QB as well.

Exactly the same as the Cardinals game. The offense finally put something together against the Cards, pulled within 5 and needed the defense to hold and get the ball back for the offense. Instead, the defense let the Cards score a TD and the game was over at that point.

Same thing last night. The game was over once SF got 2 scores up. There was no way Dallas was going to score twice without SF scoring.

It’s all Dak.

Hes the same big game bad QB he’s always been with different everything around him.

Every piece around him has changed since 2016 and he’s still bad in these moments.

I was never a particular hater or defender of Dak (although I hated how Jerry handled the transition from Romo), but I think we have a large enough sample size at this point to say there isn't a whole lot of upside left. He has a good OL, maybe not + RBs, and at least a #1 WR. There are no excuses left for Dak.

Kellen Moore>>>McCarthy
Of course. He has the Chargers top 5 in offense despite his best playmaker Eckler out almost every game so far.

He was canned for the SF loss last season but when you watched the tape there were guys streaking open for TDs all game.

It was office politics that got him fired. They can't blame the $150 million failed product.

I Hope Jerry "THE JOKER" Jones Doesn't Wait 10 Years To Realize That MM Is Out Of His League Into Today's NFL..

With That Said...If The End Results To At Leased Get To The NFC Chip Or Even An Appearance To The SB In The Hopes Of Winning That Elusive SB Win... If That Doesn't Happen,Then Mark My Words..MM Will Be Gone...But, A BIG BUTT.. Will The Joker Jones Jerry Fire Himself As GM..
Welp..We Know The Answer To That Question.. :banghead:

Orlovsky is 100% correct MM’s offense has zero creativity,

Want to help Dak?
Use more pre-snap motion to help him identify man vs zone
Give him some half field reads with layered routes.
Don’t be predictable with your run / pass selection.
Put him on the move a bit more.
