Pretty good article, but it has a couple of "?" comments, as in:

Those two teams are jointly 6-22, and have given up nearly 700 pts between them, for the Eagles to
have to come back against 3-11 teams means far more to me than the fact that they
did come back. Eagles are down to 3rd string wide receivers, and while any wide receiver on an NFL roster is talented, they don't have the time in with Wentz to be consistent threats, and Dallas now has game film on them, and know that they will be playing.
Of course that doesn't mean the Cowboys won't let Ward or whoever go off on them for 150 yards and 3 tds; Dallas has a long history of letting the "who is that?" player have career games against them, whether it's due to taking them lightly or just beginners luck on the opposing player's part, doesn't matter, the result is the same.
And the game's in Philly, while the weather won't be that bad, in the mid-40s and not raining or snowing, dome teams often struggle in the cold.

But can they exploit it? Cooper is obviously hindered, Gallup, other than a couple of good games, has flopped for the most part, 7 games with less than 75 yards receiving, and only 3 tds all year, he padded his yardage total against teams like NY and Detroit, Cobb isn't much better, he has 3 tds, Beasley last year had 3 tds in the season, when Dak didn't pass for nearly as much, Dak's on a pace for nearly 1,000 yards more this year.
As the article basically concluded, this is a toss up game, whichever team is more prepared and wants it more will win, barring a freak play like "it was a catch" or the botched interference call against the Saints or a completely stupid mistake like the Saints defender in the Saints-Vikings game.
I have no feeling either for a Cowboys win or loss, though history in the last couple of years and this year would indicate a let down, other than the first 3 games this year against very poor teams, they haven't put together any streaks of good games. I guess the best thing we can "hang our hat on" is that while the Cowboys have beaten only 1 team with a winning record this year, Philly is 7-7, which is not a winning record....
