IRVING, Texas -- The sting of Monday's 20-17 overtime loss to the Washington Commanders is probably not over, but Orlando Scandrick offered perspective in the Dallas Cowboys' locker room following the game. "At the end of the day, let's look at the big picture," Scandrick said. "The first half of the season, we're 6-2." There is not a Cowboys fan around that wouldn't have taken 6-2 through the first eight games. The Cowboys are in first place in the NFC East by a half game over the Philadelphia Eagles.
