INDIANAPOLIS -- Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones finished competition committee meetings on Wednesday, but said there was no discussion of Dez Bryant's overturned catch from the NFC divisional-round playoff game in the discussions. Jones anticipates talks on all potential rule changes will heat up when the committee meets in Naples, Florida, in a few weeks with the full presentation being made to ownership at the NFL annual meetings in March.
