Got my answer to the question I asked in another thread. This explains the teams optimism. Figured he must have been running hence why the Jones family had been projecting his return for the Giants road game. Wouldn't surprise me if he had been running for a week or so.

I think that's my concern. Obviously I don't know more about this stuff than the Cowboys doctors, but I worry that Dez will be too aggressive in trying to get out there.

More realistically what are the odds the guy who just invested 70 million dollars isnt making sure he doesnt completely mess up his investment?

He should just sit out for a couple of years. Hopefully by then drs have found a way to make people regenerate limbs so he can have a brand new leg. Hold off till then no need to risk further injury.

As long as there aren't any long term effects then I don't see the problem. If the Cowboys have any hope for saving this season, we need him back.
