espn doubting both #1 seeds

I'm not sure in what way, shape or form Seth Wickersham qualifies as an "expert"

These blowhards print something bold in hopes that something may pan out and they look like geniuses. However, when they look like fools they never own up to the crap they write and step up and say, "I blew it".

Low risk high reward garbage journalism. It's the flavor of the week.

My golden retriever knows more about football then seth wickersham, btw who the heck is seth wickersham is he like one of those leftovers from espn dreamjob that they had write a column or something

If espn said it then that is good news for the two # 1 seeds. When have they ever been right about anything. Espn is not a sports channel it is an entertainment channel that uses sports for window dressing.

Of course in my book they fail at sports and at entertainment.

He writes for ESPN, so he has to be an expert.
:sarcasm:

You mean another team is being criticized and doubted besides the Cowbys on ESPN?

[/sarcasm off]

This is a Cowboys board.

From the "other" article:

You know what I love about the Jags? They don't get blown out. Teams that don't commit penalties don't get blown out. Teams that take care of the ball don't get blown out. Teams that can run the ball don't get blown out.

10/22/07 IND 29 @ JAX 7
11/4/07 JAX 24 @ NO 41

So out of 4 meaningful losses (they lost by 14 while resting everyone in week 17), 2 of them were blowouts. Nice job with the homework, dude.

ESPN - the National Enquirer of Sports

I wonder if Mortensen still thinks it will be a quiet offseason with no coaching changes like he said last Friday?

After all, he is their information 'expert' right?

Along with the rest of the clueless clowns who work there.

Like Pasquarelli who - along with Mort - said there was no way that Vick was getting indicted.

Wonder if I can still Google those articles?

For me, ESPN stopped being about covering sports a long time ago. Now they're about making money - at all costs.

I'm glad the NFL completely screwed them on the Monday Night Football package.

Who REALLY pays attention or takes ESPN seriously? I mean at least anybody that knows anything about sports?

They are all idiots over there, just pot-stirrers really.
