IRVING, Texas – As the Dallas Cowboys wait to make a decision on the future of right guard Brian Waters, they have some options that might not require them to add an offensive lineman immediately. Waters has a triceps injury that will likely end his season, but he is holding out hope he can return at some points and is delaying surgery. In the meantime, the Cowboys wait, but who knows for how long. What can they do if they don’t place Waters on injured reserve and call up David Arkin from the practice squad?
