IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dwayne Harris is not ruling himself out of Monday’s game against the Chicago Bears. “It’s questionable,” Harris said. “I’m feeling good. I’m running around. We’ll see how it goes this week.” Harris said he has run for the past week and ran some routes on Monday, but he did not practice. The Cowboys could use Harris because of his return ability -- he is averaging 14 yards per punt return and 31.
