I just emailed this to ESPN...
=====================
I have watched ESPN for many years, but lately you guys seem to do what ever it takes to get a story...accurate or not, and lately inaccurate. The coverage you had about TO and his so called “attempted suicide” is down right cruel and mean. You did not have any facts at all when you broke the story…you had bits a pieces of information that were not even remotely accurate.
I am disgusted in the way you went about covering this situation. To make things that much worse you are breaking another story indicating TO is trying tear up the Cowboys to cover up your ridicules original breaking story…where is your integrity???
You guys are the ones TRYING to tear up the Cowboys with this absurd obsession around TO. Since he’s been here he has made ONE mistake of missing a meeting (how many other fines were given out?), other then that he has done what he can to integrate onto this team. You guys are spinning the hamstring injury, you guys are spinning the contention between TO and Bill Parcells. This guy can’t breathe without you knowing how much oxygen he just inhaled…it’s amazing.
I suggest you stick with what you do best…report on games and game analysis and stay out of what you are getting a black eye for…player drama, or in this case creating player drama!
