IRVING, Texas – It should come as no surprise Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones wants to expand the playoffs. As the owner, he sees extra money from a postseason game. As a general manager, he sees a chance to get into the tournament. Some NFL observers believe that the playoffs will expand by a team in each conference if the plan ever becomes real enough to be approved by ownership, but Jones said he would be in favor of a two-team per conference expansion.
