I really take issue with these types of comments. You question my sanity for watching and yet here you are contributing to the conversation. Seems like a double standard. If you believe everything the talking heads say, then yes, you are insane. But if you see it for what it is - fake analysis played for entertainment purposes only - and you can separate your emotions from the things they say you don't agree with, than I really don't see an issue. If it get's you all worked up what Max and SAS think, then , yeah, you probably shouldn't watch...or contribute to threads that discusses them. But that's just my take...

You're taking it a bit too seriously.

Really? I'm taking it too seriously. I introduced this to the board because it's funny and people are up in arms about what SAS/Kellerman thinks...and I'm the one taking things too seriously? Okay.

Wow. We are watching him turn insane right before our eyes. Who would have though Cowboys success would have such an effect on someone.

That's hilarious, I've watched him to the point of disliking him, that's pretty all he does is yell, scream and shout down that other dude who likes/talks up "the boys"

I know but now all he does is repeat Jerry is going to mess it up over and over like a mad man when someone ask him about the Cowboys. Something wrong with that man.

If we don't win the SuperBowl he'll say"I told you so". Odds are in his favor.
That line is his meal ticket, regardless if he is right or wrong. The sooner people figure that out, the better off they will be. Him talking trash about the Cowboys is what keep's SAS fed. I can't be mad at him, regardless of my fandom.

Actually everything is right with that. Trust me when I say, if he had something bad other than that to say he would say it. When that is all he can say, you know everything is right in the world with our Cowboys.

Apparently being an NFL analyst is similar ro being a political polster. Both beleive they know what they are talking about and claim credentials implying that we are required to beleive them they are the experts.

The similarity continues when the outcome completely contradicts their expert opinion.

They are then left stuttering about why their prophesy turned to cow dung, or in Stephen Smith's case, wearing a Romo jersey.
Either way, you can't take it seriously, be it pro-Cowboys or Cowboys hate.

You do know this isn't new. He has always said this even back in 2014. When GB won against us he called that BS no catch the "accident" he knew would happen.

I'm not really sure why anyone watch any if that BS schtick programming.
I suspect you didn't watch the video...it's not about his usual schtick. It's the song they made out of the schtick that's pretty hilarious...if you can set your emotional attachments aside, that is.

The one loud mouth was wrong, Dan Marino did not go to the Super Bowl as a rookie, it was during his second year. And he's crazy if he thinks Romo is going to come back and play better than Dak after all the games he's missed. He didn't even mention the read option that Dak has scored 4 times with that you would lose with Romo on the field.

Well you assumed wrong. The vid was cute and supports exactly what I said about how long and how many times he as voiced this. And guess what he does after the vid, he goes into his schtick.

Anyway I was just commenting that those kind of schticks just aren't me cup of tea. I like sports talk with some kind of substance.

I hear ya. I posted before the commentary following the song because I thought the song was extremely well put together and like I said before very funny. But that's just me...

The guy who quotes the figment of another man's imagination?

Who only used a variation of what's been around for centuries.

Un sot trouve toujours un plus sot qui l'admire.
  • Translation: A fool always finds one still more foolish to admire him.
  • Variant A fool always finds a greater fool to admire him.
  • Nicolas Boileau-Despréaux, L'Art Poétique (The Art of Poetry), Canto I, l. 232 (1674).
