LONDON -- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is practicing for the second straight day, increasing the likelihood he will play Sunday but coach Jason Garrett was not ready to fully commit to that. Garrett said Romo came out of Thursday’s practice feeling well and took part in the Friday walk-through. “He looked pretty comfortable to me,” Garrett said. “Clearly he’s coming back off of this thing and wanted to get the blood flowing through his body and get his movement back both in the pocket and also throwing the football.
