OXNARD, Calif. – During the next few weeks, Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett has to strike a balance between what will good for his team and what will be good for Orlando Scandrick. Until Scandrick’s four-game suspension kicks in the first week of the regular season, he can participate in practices and the remaining preseason games. He will not be able to rejoin the team until Sept. 29. “It’s a good question,” Garrett said.
