IRVING, Texas – Dallas Cowboys defensive end George Selvie was fined $7,875 for his face mask penalty against Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. Selvie was flagged in the second quarter after he grabbed Manning’s face mask and twisted, negating an incomplete pass. The Broncos scored two plays later for a 21-17 lead with 5:22 left in the first half. He is the third Cowboy to be fined this year. Barry Church was fined $5,250 for throwing a football into the stands after scoring a touchdown in the season opener against the New York Giants.
