Well, I wonder if Tyson Thompson would be a good fit there

I bet he would until Gore heals

A third-round draft pick would do the trick, since the Cowboys seem sold on Battle.

and why would they do that? a 3d round pick for Thompson?? :laugh2:

A broken hand won't slow Gore down. I'm sure they're not too concerned.

Yep. Do I drop him or keep him? Ugh.

I give you Ricky Williams and half eaten bag of bbq fritos for Gore......think about it

Oh, I'll keep him, lol. I had him listed #1 on my running backs for the draft. I just hope he doesn't have fumblitis now. I knew most were targeting Ladanian, and I watched this kid last season.

Wait... did you have him listed #1, or were you just planning on picking him with your first pick? If you had him at #1 over LT, you're crazy. But I have him rated in the 2-4 range.

EDIT: and this injury won't scare me off. He's one of my keepers, and the broken hand will only keep him out of a few preseason games.

Sorry, lol. I had him slotted to pick #1 since I was fourth in draft order. Wound up getting him and was happy. I just hope this isn't a harbinger of things to come!!
