IRVING, Texas -- The potential absence of Ndamukong Suh might help the Dallas Cowboys Sunday against the Detroit Lions more than many realize. For just the fifth time since the 1970 merger, the NFL’s leading rusher will face off against the NFL’s leading run defense in the playoffs, according to ESPN Stats & Information. The run defense has a 4-1 record. In fact, no team with a rushing champ has won a playoff game since LaDainian Tomlinson and the 2007 San Diego Chargers.
