IRVING, Texas -- In their past three games the Dallas Cowboys defense has been on the field for 70, 73 and 75 plays. That might be good preparation for what they will see Sunday from the Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles coach Chip Kelly loves to play fast and get as many plays as possible. “Coach [Jason Garrett] told us they get plays off every 15 seconds or so,” safety Barry Church said. To prepare for the pace, the Cowboys have had A and B scout teams during practice.
