I would like nothing more than to see Jordan Shipley in the slot as a Dallas Cowboy.
What do you do with Crayton? Make him an exclusive punt returner. He seems to be the forgotten man on this team sometimes.

Yeah, I think he's by far one of the team's most underrated players. I cringe when I see pleas to replace him in the slot. I think it's wise to have someone with a superior skill than Crayton outside opposite Austin, but I have no interest replacing him as the third wideout.

Well if Cowboys cut Roy Williams they will be eligible for any wide receiver that is at the top of the list if they want to.

If Cowboys cut Flozell Adams they can sign McNeil.

If Cowboys Marion Barber they can sign L.T. Why because you would have to release a top quality player to get one if you went to the playoffs....

Trade Roy Williams to the Broncos for him. I would love that. Marshall is explosive and still young. I believe #11 is a waste and should not be on the Cowboys roster next season.

It is my understanding that even with no cap in 2010, any moves that would create a "cap hit" would be carried over into 2011 or 2012 when the cap (in some form) would come back under a new CBA.

Considering we still owe Roy Williams over $21 million in guaranteed money still left on his contract, that would be one hell of a cap hit when the cap comes back in 2011/2012. So unless the leage changes it to where no cap hits will be carried forward, we financailly are unable to do anything with Roy.

Basically we paid a small fortune for a blocking WR.

It doesnt work that way, you cant release guys to sign free agents.

You can only sign a free agent IF YOU LOSE A FREE AGENT!!!

We can release all the players we want to, but we cant go sign free agents unless we lose a free agent ourselves. That means somebody whose contract has expired signs with another team, not us releasing them.

Hopefully we at least ran that toss to Barber on Roy's side.

Roy11 gets the rookie treatment rule. Three years to show what you got:lmao2:So he gets next year to show us.

As far as WR. Lets just draft them here and there and groom them. Draft position is not important to me.
