IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys safety Jakar Hamilton returned to practice Friday after attending the funeral of his cousin. "Pushing through it one day at a time," Hamilton said after practice. Hamilton hasn't played in a game after serving his four-game suspension for violating the substance abuse policy. Defensive end Anthony Spencer was a limited participant in Friday's practice with a sprained foot. Tackle Doug Free (foot) and defensive end Jack Crawford (calf) didn't practice and won't play in Monday's game against the Washington Commanders.Continue reading...
