ARLINGTON, Texas -- When the game ended, Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett made a point to seek out Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. Peterson ran for 140 yards on 25 carries and nearly carried the Vikings to a victory after he carried Dallas defenders Jeff Heath and Justin Durant across the goal line for a go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter. Peterson was the first rusher to eclipse the 100-yard mark against the Cowboys, although they have given up two 90-yard rushers in Knowshon Moreno (93 yards) and Reggie Bush (92 yards).
