KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Much has been made about Jason Garrett’s clock management in his 42 games as the Dallas Cowboys head coach. On Sunday, Garrett got it right even and the Cowboys were in position to get the ball back with more than two minutes to play until Morris Claiborne was flagged for pass interference on Kansas City receiver Donnie Avery.
