IRVING, Texas -- Fixing the red zone offense was a big offseason focus for the Dallas Cowboys. For years Jason Witten has been a weapon from everywhere on the field but the red zone. Last year Witten set a record for catches in a season by a tight end with 110 but he scored only three touchdowns. This year Witten's catches are down, but his touchdowns are up. He has six in the first 11 games after recording eight in the last two seasons.
