IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jeremy Mincey is missing Wednesday's practice for personal reasons, and the only other players sitting out are quarterback Tony Romo and linebacker Dekoda Watson. Romo is following the same plan on a full week that he has had since the second game of the regular season. Watson has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury. Safety Jeff Heath and cornerback Tyler Patmon have returned to practice.
