Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones acknowledged that he needs to look in the mirror and evaluate his own job to ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Jones isn't giving up the title of GM, but if he's just now realizing that he needs to look at what he's doing, it's too late for that. "As for me, I've got to evaluate my own role -- I need to look at the man in the mirror and really be honest about why we keep coming up short," Jones said to Mortensen when the season ended.
