IRVING, Texas-- On his weekly radio show, Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said unless an arrest is made, safety C.J. Spillman will remain with the team. These were the sentiments made by coach Jason Garrett on Thursday. Spillman is under investigation for an alleged rape at the Gaylord Texan hotel in Grapevine, Texas. Spillman hasn't been charged or arrested, and Grapevine Police say the investigation is ongoing. Spillman has practiced this week with the team, including on Friday.
