OXNARD, Calif. -- Dallas Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said he has no concern about Tony Romo's surgically repaired back despite the franchise quarterback twice sitting out practices for precautionary reasons during the first week of training camp. "He's 100 percent," Jones said. "He's just being real smart and sensitive about having come off the back surgery. He's certainly not losing any ground from the standpoint of opening up against San Francisco.
