R = John Radigan
N = Nate Newton

R:Jets had their best game by far

N:Gonna be hard for the Jets to get on a plane on wednsday

N:Jets are going to have to come out focused. If they relax a little bit, the boys may overwhelm them

N:Says you cannot win on pure emotion, it comes down to pure emotion

N:Cowboys are athletically better than the Jets and therefore the Jets have to come out swing early

Patrick Crayton is coming on after the break

I was glad to see the Jets beat Pitt this past sunday it may have given Dallas a bit of a wake up call for the Jets.

They've been pretty regular on the show since Jen Engel quit.

I can't get enough of Nate talking about the team. Besides his insights on the current team, he's always got some great stories about playing for Jimmy, and even Landry. (People forget he played for Landry, too.)

One day last week he was asked if he ever played against a hero of his when he was young and first came into the league. He said yes, when he got to the Cowboys and had to face Randy White. He said Randy was working him over pretty good one day in practice, so he started a fight to let the vet know he wasn't going to sit there and take a beating.

Rhadigan asked, "Well, did you win?"

Nate: "Nooooooooo, let's just say I didn't. The old dog was still the boss." :)

7 catches for 82 yards in 3 games is coming on?

Edit: After the last post, I see you meant "coming on to the show." LOL.

Sometimes stats are meaningless. This is one of those times.

What are TO's numbers during that same span? Kind of hard for the 3rd option to put up good numbers when the #1 option has been open so often.

Unless you have first hand knowledge that Crayton's numbers are low cuz he just hasn't been getting open and Romo has been "Forced" to look TO's direction instead.

A combination of that plus our close call vs. the Redstinks should really prove a point with this team. You can't take anyone lightly. A lesson the Stealers learned the hard way.

Reminds me of a story Baldslinger or what ever you want to call him.

He said he was a rookie in pratice and had to line up against Randy White; Randy told Bals that he was going to take his leg thrown on the ground and stuff he said the whistle blew and the next thing he knew Randy had him on the ground before he could blink :laugh1:. It was great stuff hearing all the Randy White stories he is one of my all time favorite Cowboys

If you had a chance to see that tough man competition or players vs. fighters competition that he was in a couple years back, I forgot what it was for sure, Nate would know that Randy White is still the boss. Man, that guy is still built like a rock and tough as anybody I've ever seen!
