IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys, in need of more personnel in the secondary and defensive line due to injuries, will not make a trade before the 3 p.m. CT deadline today according to team owner/general manager Jerry Jones. "I'm thinking we're not making a trade today," Jones said Tuesday morning on KRLD-FM. There is one major reason why this won't happen: Salary cap.
