ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys owner and general Jerry Jones does not know if Jay Ratliff will play in 2013. Ratliff is eligible to come off the physically unable to perform list this week, but sources indicated it is unlikely that he will be activated when he is eligible. Once he is activated the Cowboys have three weeks to add him to the 53-man roster, keep him out for the year or cut him. Ratliff has done most of his rehab for sports hernia surgery he had last December away from the team’s Valley Ranch facility since the season began.
