i think its clear there are going to be some changes made if not today in the very near future. maybe today maybe tomorrow

techically he said that players, coaches, etc will suffer....they have careers....

I am not one to translate Jerry speak BUT each person on this teams career will be marked by this season. So even if he didn't make any changes, he would be correct.

We all assume that he meant he would punish people but you could read it the other way. Again who knows what Jerry means
