Pro Bowl right guard Zack Martin said he felt "great," after going through his first practice since injuring his left knee on Aug. 18 against Cincinnati. Martin already pronounced himself ready to go for the Sept. 9 opener last week. "I don't really want to go an extended period of time without being out there," Martin said. "You get in such a routine with training camp and if you're out a certain amount of time you can lose it pretty quickly, so I wanted to make sure I got out there and get the reps to stay sharp for the opener."

I wonder if Martin takes the line calls. I'm sure Looney would be fine there but Zack is very much the Swiss army knife guy on this line. He's your emergency backup at every position

That's great news. With Frederick practicing as well, maybe our entire line will be intact by October. Fingers crossed.
