Barkley came back last year. Hurst for MVP is a joke. They might as well just name this a QB award.
It looks like you haven't watched HURsT play. HURsT is 15-2 in his last 17 regular season games. I think Parson is also deserving though.

My question is now.. does Hurt's thus far undefeated season mean the Eagles will not be pursuing a top ranked QB prospect in next year's NFL draft, with having multiple No.1 picks

Good question, if he continues to play at this level I would expect Howie to draft Lane Johnson and Fletcher Cox possible replacements.
Zero chance they draft a Qb in the first round.

I disagree. One thing I like about Howie is he is not afraid to hurt ( no pun intended)anyones feelings. They have two first round picks so if the right quarterback is there at the Saints pick they won’t be afraid to draft one. I could see them trading Hurts to Houston for another couple of ones. I am not sure they want to pay him 45+ million a season.

What would be your selections at this point?

To me Mahomes or Allen are the MVP's. Parsons is good as the defense. Comeback player? Mccaffrey? Not sure about that one.

Personally I dont like the MVP always being a QB or an offensive guy. One could argue that Parsons is the MVP.

QB' dont have records, teams do.

Watched Hurts plenty and its why I don't think he is the MVP. He has a few nice passing games but most of the time he is just handing the ball off and getting all day to throw on play action. Legs more than anything. He's up there, but I just dont think he does enough. That team is totally stacked and they are playing mostly cake walk teams.

If that Saints pick becomes a top 5 I see him trading back and giving Hurtz another year to prove himself while adding to the draft capital. My only fear is them getting DE Will Anderson.

Parsons is the MVP. Take him off this team and we're in trouble but it is a primarily a, Who is the best record at QB award

I agree the Eagles will have multiple first round picks for the next couple of seasons.

I hope this thread title is prophetic, either in our rematch against the Eagles or perhaps the Super Bowl against Mahomes or Allen.

"Parsons, DPOY, hurts MVP."
