IRVING, Texas -- The chances of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin playing Sunday against the San Diego Chargers seem slim after he missed his third day of practice because of a hamstring strain. Coach Jason Garrett does not have a hard-and-fast rule about a player having to practice in order to play, but Austin’s history of hamstring trouble will play a factor in the decision.
