IRVING, Texas -- For the second straight year, Bill Leavy will work a Dallas Cowboys-Washington Commanders game with him serving as the referee for Sunday’s game at FedEx Field. He called the Thanksgiving Day game at AT&T Stadium in 2011, which the Commanders won 38-31. The Cowboys were penalized seven times for 45 yards and the Commanders had five penalties for 41 yards.
