IRVING, Texas – Gene Steratore will officiate Sunday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles, which is a good sign. Steratore’s crew is one of the best and allows teams to play. Unfortunately the last time the Cowboys saw Steratore came in Week 8 against the Eagles in 2011, which was a 34-7 loss in which they lost linebacker Sean Lee to a dislocated wrist and had no answer for running back LeSean McCoy (185 yards).
